Register for an Online Concessionary Bus Pass Account

Before you can register for an Online Account, we need some information from you so that we can link your current bus pass. This will allow you to renew your pass, or report a pass that has been lost, damaged or stolen. You will also be able to ensure that your personal details are kept up to date.

Set username and password

To be able access your account online you will need to set a username and password.

We will also need your e-mail address so we can send you confirmation of your registration.

Username*

This can be your email address or set to something memorable for you.

Password*

Strong passwords contain between 10 and 12 characters and combine uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Do not include common words or names.

Password must contain the following:

A lowercase letter

A capital (uppercase) letter

A number
