- zoom in up to 200% without the text spilling off the screen
- navigate most of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)
We've also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.

- on smaller viewports some text cannot be resized without loss of content or two dimensional scrolling
- on smaller viewports some content overlaps
- some information icons and dynamically generated images lack a text alternative
- some headings are not marked up as headings, and some heading levels are not in order

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
- Some information icons, such as warning and status icons, do not have a text alternative. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.1.1.

- Some text is included in dynamically generated images of bus passes that is not included in a plain text alternative. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.4.5.
- Some content requires scrolling in two dimensions on smaller viewports, and the photo upload examples overlap. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.4.10.
- The links to navigate between stages of the signup process on smaller viewports are below the minimum target size. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.5.8.
- Some form fields do not communicate that they are in an invalid state to accessible technology, including upload fields. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 3.3.1.
